Managing Your Super Fund

June 9th, 2009

Self managed super fund, SMSF operates like other super funds. However, managing it is the exclusive duty of the trustee that is you.
The decision to manage your super fund is an important decision. With SMSF, you are both a member and a trustee, which means that you are reliable and you dictate the investment decisions for your fund. In addition, you also have to handle the legal responsibilities of your fund.
There are many advisers and professionals available who can assist you. However, you should first talk about your personal situations to a qualified professional.
You should consult a professional adviser for setting up an SMSF and contact a licensed financial planner for the investment of your fund. For your administrative requirements, talks to a specialist SMSF administrator and to finish your annual audit get in touch with a member of a professional association.
In spite of all the advantages of setting up an SMSF, it is not the right choice for everyone. If the amount in your super fund is less than $200,000, then possibly the administrative charges will make the project too expensive. On top of establishment cost, it can be presumed that you will pay about $1000 to $1500 yearly to supervise your fund.

Getting a Fresh Start with My Natural Human Hair Wig

June 9th, 2009

You know, well-crafted wigs were not something I was familiar with. Anchoring the nightly news was the thing that occupied my mind. That was true till the second my hair wouldn’t be the same due to medical hair loss. I said that I couldn’t sign off on the chance of living as the chrome-dome Lex Luther by sheer dumb luck.

I knew that I lost my identity, robbed of beautiful hair. It became clear that it was out of my hands to regain good style. Boy, I was mistaken. Previous to receiving my authentic wig, I attempted a barrage of hot phony hair pieces that I couldn’t stand. My man Jim told me about some dignified wig stores where I could get natural wigs I would love.

Anyhow, I biked to the Internet cafe and checked it out. I noticed a diverse world of, high-class real hair wigs. Their breathable invisible lace wigs fit me perfectly.

With the right hair piece, a girl in my situation should foster confidence when growing comfortable with her loss of natural hair. Now I see this as an opportunity to show my new hair styles. It was magical to finally go about as I used to at the mall.

It wouldn’t surprise me if I’m being ridiculous carrying on like this, but remember my style is an important aspect of my identity. Is there further to individuality than an amazing flow of hair? Heck, it doesn’t matter if that were so. Lace Front wigs look so good!

You can’t understand what wigs have meant to me. Only close friends and family know the reality of me and women’s hair loss. But that’s life, I’m merely happy to be alive. Lace front wigs enriched life for me.

Shallow people may think this attitude is silly. Who cares? Doesn’t everyone have something small that makes living so possible? Speaking for myself, it’s my husband and my inimitable style.

Feel Good About Your Wig,

The 5 Stages of Life Transformation

The 5 Stages of Life Transformation
By Michelle L. Casto, M.Ed.
Whole Life Coach, Speaker, and Author

September 11, 2001 was the world’s wake up call. After the chaos and confusion, we awoke to the realization that life is a precious gift and that it is our responsibility as a citizen and human being to lead and live our best life.
For most of us, that meant looking at our current state of affairs and recognizing all the changes we needed to make. We often know it is important to change our lives, but do not know where to begin. Change can be easy, really—by changing your thoughts, you change your feelings, and thus change your actions.
In the 21st century, we have better skills to deal with the darkness, and we are more enlightened and aware than ever before in history. Even still, it often has to get darker before it becomes lighter and brighter. But, in the modern world, we do not need to wait until something happens to cause us to change. In fact, you can choose to live a change-oriented, rich, and fulfilling life right now. To transform your life, you need to raise your awareness, practice pro-activity, and live by your vision, purpose, and values.
The good news is that millions of people are consciously working on themselves, actively seeking healing on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Since we are all one, when we heal our self, we heal others, and ultimately heal our planet. Now is the perfect opportunity for you to step up to the plate and make a major contribution to the world. To begin the process, learn about the five steps to life transformation.

The 5 Stages of Transformation
Someone once said, “There is nothing about a caterpillar that tells you it’s going to
be a butterfly.” This quote illustrates the change process perfectly. The butterfly represents a thing of great beauty. A butterfly completely transforms itself from a comfortable cocoon into a radiant entity with wings. You are like a beautiful butterfly waiting to be re-born and transformed.
Stage 1: Cocoon Stage
This stage is characterized by feelings of comfort, as you are beginning to awaken to the need to change.
You begin to realize you could be so much more and recognize an error in judgment or dysfunctional pattern (s).
Stage 2: Growth Stage
This stage is characterized by feelings of discomfort, as you are beginning to stretch yourself, your abilities, your environment.
You experience new ways of being and thinking and have the desire to transform yourself.
Stage 3: Change Stage
This stage is characterized by feelings of panic and fear, as you are beginning to look, feel, and act differently.
You have a gut instinct that this change will be good for you, and request that Spirit assist you & provide with you with guidance.
Stage 4: Flight Stage
This stage is characterized by feelings of confidence and courage, as you spread your wings to leave your old home to find a new home.
You now recognize yourself as a beautiful creature, have excitement about future possibilities and you just do it.
Stage 5: Conscious Stage
This stage is characterized by feelings of inner peace and joy, as you remember and realize who you really are.
You now understand that you are a co-creator and possess the power to become whatever you want to be and do whatever you want to do.

10 Reasons To Buy Drugs From An Online Canadian Pharmacy

June 8th, 2009

1. Online Canadian pharmacies offer overall best prices on Canadian drugs, as well as on international drugs. This is due to the fact that there are many online Canadian pharmacies and they lower their prices to increase the sales number.

2. Most of them have no hidden fees such as dispensing, handling, customs/duty, conversion rates or physician reviews.

3. Any online Canadian pharmacy has a customer service. In most of the cases, the customer service is toll free and is available 24/7 by phone, email or fax.

4. You can order your drugs fast and simple and, in some cases, besides placing it online, you can do that by fax, phone or you can even mail it in.

5. They have a secured online ordering system and, for refill orders, most of them have a system that enables you to just sign in and refill fast and easy.

6. You can buy them with total confidence and get the same quality you get from brick and mortar pharmacy because they are completely safe. All of the drugs found on an online Canadian pharmacy are dispensed only from licensed pharmacists.

7. Some of them even send delegates to meet with top pharmacies in places such as Canada, New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom and many other international pharmacies in various countries to bring you the

best deal on your brand name and generic drugs.

8. For most of them, transactions are in US dollars, which avoids high conversion rates.

9. Online Canadian pharmacies offer a fast delivery of Canadian drugs and international drugs right to your door or PO Box. Usually, it takes 7-14 days and the delivery comes with an online and offline tracking of the order.

10. Many of them offer exclusive special offers such as gift certificates, free shipping and some even have monthly competitions where you can win your order.

In conclusion, Canadian online pharmacies are amongst the best places there are for you to buy drugs from, even for US citizens, who pay a very high price for drugs (this is because drug manufacturers ’sold’ the idea that a higher drug cost for Americans is an acceptable way to reduce the cost of developing new drugs and medicines, through intense lobbying efforts).

One of the Biggest S106 Benefits through Wood Wharf Project

June 8th, 2009

Ballymore Properties, Canary Wharf Group, and British Waterways, along with Wood Wharf in a leading role, have submitted requests with the Tower Hamlets Council for construction of two building. The buildings, which will be located next to Canary Wharf, have been officially named as W01 and W02-03.

The architects for the projects have already been chosen. Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates will be working on W01, while Pelli Clarke Pelli have been hired for W02-03. The latter have also previously worked on the prime structure in Canary Wharf - One Canada Square.

W01 will be 134m tall, and would offer 911,000 sq ft of office space, whereas W02-03 will be a much taller structure at 194m, offering as much as 1.6m sq ft of office space. A good place to look for those in need of shared offices is the website Desk Space Genie.

This particular project however is slated to finish in the next 10-15 years, with work divided into four phases. The overall plan accommodates a total of six commercial structures with approximately 4.9m sq ft of office space and six residential areas. About 35% of the 1700 homes being made available will come under the ‘affordable’ category.

The complex will also provide for a riverside park, a medical facility, a fitness centre, as well as an open air market. It will also feature waterfront boardwalks, natural science spots, and a canal. Guests will be able to stay in a hotel, which will be built by the river. A high street would be made available for the local people, and businesses like cafes, eating joints, and bars.

Choosing the Ideal Table Linens for a Wedding

June 6th, 2009

If you’re planning on being married in the near future you understand that you have a number of decisions to make ahead of you. There is one decision that will establish the feel for your entire wedding reception. This decision is in regards to what table linens you are going to use.

Most brides-to-be choose colored table linens that match the color of their wedding. Some decide to use theme printed table linens. This is an essential decision, regardless of which alternative you prefer.

Buying or renting table linens from an online wholesaler might make it easier for you to make your decision. They can provide you with sample fabric swatches of the colors and fabrics used to make the table linens they sell or rent. This makes it it simpler for you to match the table linens to the color or the theme of your wedding. The wedding budget will be easier to stick to when you utilize a wholesaler because of the costs they offer.

A word of caution: Select a wholesale company that specializes in all types of table linen which include tablecloths, napkins, place mats, chair covers and table skirts. This will allow you to fill all your table linen needs from the same supplier and, just as importantly, you can be sure that the colors and fabrics you pick for the different types of linen products will complement one another.

Do you want to use table linens with a theme for your wedding but don’t know where to begin? Think about this. As a couple, you might enjoy a unique hobby or interest that can be represented on the print of a themed table linen. Perhaps you enjoy hunting, Nascar or golfing. Think about table linens with a design such as Camo, Racing Check or Tee Time. Nobody ever said that all weddings had to be alike. Use your imagination.

For a romantic setting, use candle light in conjunction with lace table linens, satin table linens or fine table linens made from a fancy fabric like Pintuck, Cascade or Monique. Use a sheer fabric such as Organza set over top a solid colored polyester tablecloth to create a layered look to the wedding tablecloths. Use coordinating napkins, place mats, table skirting and chair coverings to complement the look. Add sparkle to the reception by using table linens made from Twinkle, Tissue Lame or Dazzle. The picks are truely unlimited.

An individual’s style and taste is going to be the determining factor when it comes to selecting the ideal table linens for your wedding reception. Your wedding reception will be one that guests recollect for years to come.

10 Important Tips to Successful Real Estate Investing

June 5th, 2009

10 Important Tips to Successful Real Estate Investing

When it comes to investing, everybody has certain goals and aspirations. However, we have found that there are certain guidelines every aspiring real estate investor needs to know:

1. Compare Property Values and Rents

Financial statistics only go so far; the best measure of a property’s market value is often the sale prices of nearby properties. The same holds true for area rents. A low price can often be justified by a reasonable rent; renters who can afford a high rent can afford to buy instead, so reasonably priced rent is a need.

2. Be Careful - Tax Laws May Change

Don’t base your tax investment on current tax laws. The tax code is constantly changing, and a good investment is a good investment regardless of the tax code. The right property with the right financing is what you should look for as an investor.

3. Specialize In Something You Know

Start in a market segment you know. Whether you focus on fixer-uppers, foreclosures, starter homes, low-down payment properties, condominiums, or small apartment buildings, you’ll benefit from experience by specializing in one aspect of investment real estate properties.

4. Know The Costs Going In!

Know the financial statements inside out. What are operating expenses? What are loan payments? Vacancy costs? Taxes? What does the cash flow statement look like? These are key issues that must be addressed before making a solid investment.

5. Know Where Your Tenants Are Coming From

If the last rent increase was recent, your tenants may be considering a move. If tenants have a short-term lease, they may be living there simply to attract unsuspecting buyers. It is also important to collect the tenants’ security deposits at closing.

6. Assess The Tax Situation

Taxes are an integral part of successful real estate investing, and they often make the difference between a positive cash flow and a negative one. Know the tax situation, and see how it can be manipulated to your advantage. It may be a good idea to consult a tax advisor.
7. Investigate Insurance Coverage

If seller’s coverage is based on lower-than-current replacement value, your insurance cost may increase when you pay a higher purchase price.

8. Confirm Utility Costs

Ask the local utilities to verify recent utility expenses, especially if any of these costs are included in your tenant’s rent.

9. Consult Your Accountant

Taxation is a key element of successful real estate investing, so be sure to find an accountant who is well-versed with the constantly evolving tax code.

10. Inspect!

Make sure that you always perform a thorough inspection of the property before buying it. Never, ever buy any property without at least examining the site. In some cases, hiring professional inspectors to examine the structural mechanical system may be a sound investment.

How to Choose the Right Coach for YOU, Using Your Emotional

June 4th, 2009

none
More people are hiring a coach every day. Choosing a coach is an important decision. To choose wisely, use your emotional intelligence - all parts of your brain, emotional as well as cognitive.

HOW TO START YOUR SEARCH

Start by doing the research. Enter “EQ coach” on a search engine, or “personal life coach” and investigate some sites. Look for coaches on www.coachville.com and www.coachfederation.org.

INTENTIONALITY

Decide what you’re looking for - life balance, business success, career change, getting organized. If you have trouble with Intentionality, and are at the “don’t know” stage, there’s still a coach for you - try an EQ coach!

CATEGORIES

Coaches identify themselves in many different ways - business, corporate, EQ, ADD, relationship, career, personal life. There’s an Accountability Coach, a relocation coach, a real estate coach, an Intuition Coach …

Be aware that even if you start out with a category in mind, i.e., relationship coach, most transformation involves all areas of our lives. A coach who works in a generalized cross-category may be a better idea (i.e., Motivational, EQ). Some clients hire several coaches - one for relationships, one for career. You can have it your way!

INVESTIGATE

Visit several sites. Check out the coach’s training and credentials. Get some idea of the person’s background and preparation for coaching. (It’s unregulated and unlicensed, so it’s up to you!)

A number of coaches have backgrounds in marketing, psychology or social services, but it runs the gamut. If you want business coaching, you may be more interested to see an MBA, or that they’ve had success as an entrepreneur. (Kathleen Spike, coachingworks.com, for instance.). If no education or credentials are listed, you should be curious. This is the time to use your thinking brain, and analyze.

USE YOUR INTUITION

As you look over websites, use your EQ. Register your reactions. The website will represent the coach and you should be getting reactions. Don’t censor them. Do you like the colors? Are they calm and soothing? Energizing? Confusing? Disconcordant?

How does the photo of the coach make you feel?

How is the site arranged? Is it left-brained (linear, analyical, unimaginative) or right-brained (holistic, mind-map, creative)?

How organized is the site? This is Mama Bear, Papa Bear, and Baby Bear - whatever appeals to you. Too organized, not organized enough, or “just right” for you.

SIDEBAR: If the site is sterile and appears to have been designed by cookie-cutter, you need to ask yourself why it reveals so little about the person.

Are there typos, grammatical errors or other signs of incompetence or lack of caring? You want a coach who takes pride in his or her work. After all, YOU are going to be “the work.”

What do you think about the writing, or, more importantly, how do you FEEL about the writing? Does it flow? Does it appeal to your emotions? How does the vocabulary suit you? Does it resonate with your style and educational level, or what you want in a coach?

TESTIMONIALS

Are there testimonials from actual clients on the website? Look for signs that working with that coach as touched clients, elevated and transformed them, motivated and energized them, helped them manage emotions better, solved problems and gotten results.

MAKE THE CALL

Most coaches offer a free initial sample session. Here you will learn a lot. Choose 3-5 coaches, email for an appointment, or just place the call.

Note your spontaneous reactions. Do you like this person? How long does it take them to reply to an email? Who answers their phone? How do you feel about their voice; you’ll be listening to it a lot. Do they seem relaxed, self-assured, and experienced? Do they refuse to give any information or do they start right in coaching? How do they handle your questions about fees and procedures? Do they require a contract?

You can also submit a Request for Proposal and let coaches contact you.

CREATIVITY

Think of some creative ways to ‘test’ your potential coach.

*You might ask her what her Strengths are (StrengthsFinder Profile). About half my clientele are other coaches, and I’ve seen the Strengths profiles of many of them. While no particular strength makes for a better coach than another, if you’re looking for a PLAN, you might look for a coach who has Strategic, for instance.

Ask her what she’s say in a certain situation. Ask her what her most challenging client has been and why. Ask her why she went into coaching, and what she likes best about it. Ask her what books she’s read this year. Ask her what music, poetry or art she likes. Ask her to describe a coaching success story. Ask her what she did before coaching.

Enter the coach’s name on a search engine and see if she’s done any writing on the Internet, has additional sites or businesses. For instance, if you look up “Kathleen Spike,” you’ll see has published books, written Internet articles, and was a successful entrepreneur before she began coaching.

FLEXIBILITY

DO give the coach a chance to display different aspects of his or her personality. It generally takes a session of two to get enough background information about you for a coach to start formulating a strategy.

AUTHENTICITY, TRUST RADIUS

Reveal who you are, and look for a coach who does the same. Trusting someone until given direct evidence to the contrary is an emotional intelligence competency.

OPTIMISM

Optimism is the facilitator of all the EQ competencies, and essential to coaching. Listen to a positive attitude as you talk with your coach. ++*++*++*++*++*++*++*++*++*++*++*++*++*++* Think and feel your way through this important decision. Ask yourself “What do I think about this coach?” and also “How do I feel about him?” and you’ll be pleased with your results! If you’d like some more tips, call me at 210-496-0678. I know many coaches personally, including many countries besides the US, and can help you shorten your search.

Article Directory In Australia

June 4th, 2009

One of the most primary facets of any online strategy is how do I bring home the bacon in the major search engines. How do I make my site to rank easily in Google or Yahoo?

One of the most all-important aspects of doing competing in the search engines (assuming the basics like brilliant content are already organized) is getting links aimed at your site. You can generate this a lots of ways, some looked at positively by the engines and some not so positively.

A true ways, that the search engine engineers think is all right is link building with articles.

Essentially this requires composing a authentic article, rather around something from your industry, and then sending it to a free article directory.

You really cannot lowball the seriousness of link building. If there is one indicator that takes precedence to the search engines, in general, it is links. Fine, there are loads of other signals, for example the domain name, but you are kidding yourself if you imagine you are going to be listed well, and easily found, if you do not gain any links.

Building links with articles is easy. It is something the search engines say is okay. And, it adds value to the web, by providing valuable content that might be interesting or useful to users. The real question is what are you waiting for?

Singles Rejoyce: Find Great Expectations Forever

June 2nd, 2009

I couldn’t characterize myself as terribly happy living alone and not be lying. However, I’m not uncomfortable about it, either. I only bring it up in this blog as an ear-catching detail foreshadowing what I am prepared to unravel!

A week ago today I was walking the dog, Corey, thinking of signing up for the Phoenix Great Expectations dating service. As of this minute, I sit to you as a fully satisfied member of the matchmaking service. Totally, and I almost don’t believe it myself! It’s great! If you’ve been paying attention, you’re probably thinking, “Stop blabbering and tell me about it already.”

So, I noticed this dating site called Great Expectations and liked what I saw. They’re for quality and professional singles who think dating should have a point.

Quite frankly, I’d never been interested in this silly social phenomenon a lot of singles have named “The Dating Game.” I heard it more than you know. Every night readers ask, “You’re still single? ” and “Please tell me you two are dating.”

“Nonsense,” I say to them, smiling ear to ear. “Take a look around, I’m not missing much.”

“You’re as ridiculous as you are hilarious,” they level with me. “You haven’t dated in a year, you wouldn’t know!”

That’s just my best friend The One-And-Only (hehe) Trisha Wilson. She beams the best ideas to my mind 99% of the time. People I depend on . No countering that, and I thank her for it.

Returning to the point of this blog entry. As I picked from hundreds of outfits (hah) and desirable, honest singles for my first singles event with Great Expectations, I realized something true. For the longest time, I hadn’t had too many figurative great expectations for dating in the serendipitous journey of this world. Being single isn’t so bad, especially if you take the opportunity to meet new people. Embracing your own great expectations works terrifically for a caring soul.
