How to Earn a Small Fortune With Autoresponders

August 14th, 2008

Did you know that on their own, autoresponders can be extremely profitable marketing tools? The catch is that if you don’t know how to utilize autoresponders, you could end up frustrated. Here is a simple ten-step formula for profiting with autoresponders.

1. Sign up to an autoresponder service that allows you to create unlimited autoresponders. (Getresponse is one of the best)

2. Write articles about any topic you are knowledgeable about and submit them to the top 20 article directories as well as the top 20 ezine directories.

3. Create a resource box that is a call to action for your reader to sign up for the autoresponder.

4. Create an autoresponder for each topic you cover, that has at least seven or more installments.

5. At the end of each installment, add a resource box that promotes the product you are selling that will help the reader to implement the marketing strategy related to that particular autoresponder installment.

6. Sell items with recurring commission, such as membership sites, autoresponders, web hosting accounts and so on.

7. Tie in a residual income opportunity as well to boost your profits even more. (Network marketing, for example)

8. Let people use the same autoresponder series-make sure that all of your affiliate links are multi-tiered so your commission keeps growing bigger and bigger.

9. Include a link to your website or blog at the end of each
autoresponder installment, with a call to action that entices readers to click through. Don’t give anyone permission to remove your website URL! (A no-brainer)

Every time this autoresponder series is given away, more and more people will see your website link, meaning tons of free
targeted traffic!

10. Include a link to a free viral ebook at the end of each
autoresponder installment. Add multi-tier affiliate links to the ebook, and grant readers full giveaway rights.

By utilizing some or all of these techniques, I hope you enjoy extraordinary success in your Internet marketing campaign!

Here’s a Way To Make Your Dog Love Its Dog Crate!

August 12th, 2008

A dog crate is a necessity for your dog, through his puppy days and for his whole life. Your dog’s ancestor, the wolf, had a den to call home, a place of safety. The dog crate takes the place of the den, which is deeply embedded into your dog’s instincts. The crate should be kept in a room where the dog can go for a retreat to rest.

A dog crate can make an enormous difference in house-training your new puppy. He will not want to do his ‘business’ in the close quarters of the crate. If you take him immediately from the crate to the backyard, where he can conveniently do it there, he will get the idea quickly. Using his dog crate will make dog training easier on you and your puppy.

Dog crates come in many different styles and sizes; everything from a standard dog crate to designer dog creates. It’s best to get a crate for training your dog that’s only just big enough for your dog to lie down in, because that gives him more of a sense of security. Some dog crates come with adjustable panels, so that you can gradually increase the size of the dog crate as your puppy grows.

A plastic dog kennel with metal barred doors are acceptable with airlines, if there’s a chance that you will be traveling and would take your dog with you. For dogs with heavy fur, a wire dog kennel may be more comfortable because of the better air circulation, and a blanket could be placed over it in colder weather.

Following these simple suggestions will ensure that the dog crate you choose for your pet will provide comfort and security for years to come.

How To Fit More Fiber Into Your Day

August 11th, 2008

Looking for a way to help your heart, protect yourself against disease and relieve constipation?

Then you’ll want to try getting more fiber! Studies have indicated that eating a high fiber diet can help reduce the risk of certain cancers, alleviate digestive disorders and is even good for your heart, but most Americans do not eat nearly enough. It is recommended that you get at least 35 grams a day, and it is far better to get this from natural foods like fruits and vegetables than from supplements since fruits and vegetables also contain vitamins, minerals and enzymes that help with your overall health.

Here’s some ways to fit more fiber into your day:

Eat a high fiber cereal. Take a trip to the grocery store and read the nutritional information on your cereal package - is there enough fiber? Aim for a cereal that has 5 grams or more per serving. My favorites are Grape Nuts and Kashi Heart To Heart. Add in some blueberries and strawberries for more fiber and an antioxidant boost.

Raw fruits and vegetables are the best way to get fiber and other nutrients. Why not replace one of your snacks with some carrot sticks, celery sticks or a fruit cup? Leaving the skins on fruits like apples and vegetables will add fiber, but make sure you wash them good before eating!

When preparing vegetables, remember the less you cook them the better. Cooking can reduce the amount of fiber as well as the vitamin and mineral content so light steaming is best if you must cook them at all.

Switch to whole wheat and whole grain products for breads and baking. In addition to the added fiber, these foods will be much more nutritious. When selecting your whole wheat breads and pastas, make sure to read the ingredients carefully and buy only products that say 100% whole wheat. Get rid of the white rice and use brown rice instead - it’s much better for you and tastes better too!

Beans are a great source of fiber so make them a part of your diet. You can add them to soups or serve them as side dishes. Try having a Mexican night and make tacos with beans instead of using the hamburg.

Salads are a great way to add fiber to almost every meal. Try to make yours interesting so you don’t get bored. I like to use baby spinach instead of lettuce as there is more nutritional value in the spinach. Try adding celery, cucumbers, onions, avocado, tomatoes, carrots, herbs and walnuts or almonds for added zing. Get in the habit of having a salad before every meal.

Try implementing these changes a little at a time - trying to do it all at once can be a bit overwhelming. Aim for at least 5 cups of fruits and vegetables each day and see how your health improves!

Large Companies Bring High Performance Laptops to Everyone

August 10th, 2008

Just a time ago it seemed like powerful notebooks were only being produced by a few certain resellers and were built to order, not produced in large numbers. In the past the lack of sales alleviated by the profit margins. I guess numerous people would concur they always wanted a gaming notebook but it was just out of reach for the masses. They were pretty much desktop rivals and the most powerful, best laptop you could buy. I would get seriously excited by them but I knew I could not go out and buy laptops at the high prices they were going for. In the present things are very contrasting with global brands also producing gaming laptops.

These notebook computers have a particular price range and these companies know they don’t have to be price aggressively in this sector. This could be a crucial way to produce sound margins for them. In addition they know they can persuade us to buy laptops like these better than small outfits. What would small manufacturers possibly do if they are priced out of the market? In my point of view the large players will command the market direction. In addition customers just seem to trust larger companies more.

I reckon its some what laughable that as it comes with the brand name they are automatically perceived as the best laptops. Still however, for the local resellers this should turn out to be good. I don’t believe consumers would prefer to have the same specification as everyone else in this type of niche. Such purchasers are usually tech savvy and can liken all the technical details. For this kind of niche, the configurations are typically more valued rather than the looks.

As a possible purchaser myself this is in fact all a beneficial state of the market for me. I could imagine some price wars going on in this nichelater on. Who can say what will take place. I’m actually not sure anymore. Different notebook computers are constantly coming out and these latest models normally ask for premium prices. I think we’ll have to see whether this overcrowding creates any significant positives for gamers.

Financial Representations in Franchising

August 6th, 2008

One of the biggest questions asked by new potential team members and franchise buyers of a franchise system as they work to determine if they should purchase a franchise is; How much money will I make. This is a good question however one which is so very difficult to answer as it depends on so many factors, such as their work ethic, business acumen and location chosen, economic factors and a host of other potential eventualities.

It is for this reason many franchisors do not state how much money one can make, but rather the franchise buyer can call up or visit with franchisees of the system and ask them directly. This eliminates any potential false, misleading or unsubstantiated earnings claims which could come back to haunt the franchisor later in litigation if the franchisee fails for some unknown reason.

In fact often franchisee attorneys will lie and file false claims against the franchisor stating that the franchisor gave the franchisee earnings promises, which did not come true. Attorneys and this is only my personal opinion from 27 in business are the biggest self serving lying sacks of feces on the planet. But we figured a way around these professional parasites and I inserted this clause into our franchise agreements;

7.17.2 No Representations

Franchisee acknowledge that there have been no representations, promises, guarantees or warranties of any kind made by Franchisor to induce Franchisee to execute this agreement except as specifically set forth in the Franchise Offering Circular that has been delivered to Franchisee. Franchisee also acknowledges that Franchisee has decided to enter into this Franchise Agreement with Franchisor under their own free will. Nothing on any website has induced Franchisee to enter into this Franchise Agreement. Franchisee further acknowledges that much of the material on any website contains a degree of ‘corporate propaganda’ and enthusiastic and aggressive consumer-oriented advertising.

- - - - - - - - - - -

Further I insisted that each franchise buyer initial this paragraph in the franchise agreement, put this clause in all caps and had them also initial the page it was on as well as sign the franchise agreement. As a franchisor you must make sure that people will do what they promised and not try to screw you over via some ambulance chaser who has never had to make a payroll or earn and honest living. Consider this in 2006.

Roles of Parents in Teenage Obesity

August 4th, 2008

Obesity has been an unending medical nightmare for man through the ages, especially in communities and societies where the standard of living is good enough. But in recent times, there seems to be a turn of events. What we are experiencing now looks like an obesity epidemic in children. And in most cases, we all seem to miss the point. There is so much noise about losing weight and not about preventing weight gain in the first place, which is the problem.

Parents play a vital role in the weight of their children; it’s really part of parental care. Understandably, obese parents tend to have obese children. Not just because of the genetic factors, but because it is more likely that these parents will pass down their poor eating and sedentary lifestyles to their children. Children are always very close to their parents and in most cases, see them as role models. They are therefore more likely to followthe habits, norms, attitudes and beliefs of their parents. If this is understandable, what about parents that aren’t obese?

The first problem or cause of obesity in children is over eating. Children love eating and eating junk foods. Any diet that deprives children of junk food is very likely to fail. And because parents condone their children’s eating habits, they become part of the cause of obesity in their children. As part of parental love and care, parents must learn to criticize children’s eating habit and teach them at an early age to eat just enough food for satisfaction. Making children eat slowly is an effective way to curb excesses in eating. Food getting into the stomach takes about 20-30minutes to stimulate the satiety center of the brain that brings the sense of fullness. Eating slowly, therefore, will help children to eat to satisfaction without overeating.

Parents should also learn to build the right eating habit in children from an early age. Eating the right type of food to avoid overweight is a key instrument in avoiding childhood obesity. Implementing a diet rich in fruit, vegetables, whole grain and other healthy food types will allow your children to enjoy eating good food without the dangers of overweight. Cooking together and eating together as a family will make eating enjoyable enough without the need to overeat. The ease and availability of fast food restaurants is another cause for concern. Most parents award their children’s brilliant performance or a job well done with a trip to a fast food restaurant. It’s not wrong to take children out once in awhile, but it is parts of parents’ care to limit such outings to within a reasonable limit.

The sedentary lifestyles and reduced activity in most children is another cause for concern. Children spend hours on end watching TVs or playing video and computer games. The digital generation we live in today has not help matters. The number of hours spent daily in these sedentary activities pile up gradually and is a sure precursor to weight gain. Parents can create a healthy active lifestyle in their children by leading active lifestyles themselves and taking their children along. Biking, taking an evening walk together or swimming are activities that parents can do with their children. It is better for parents to encourage their children to take up some type of sports, dance, martial arts or any form of activity that will cut down sedentary living styles in their children.

Obesity is perhaps more psychologically tormenting for teenagers than for adults. They don’t have the intelligence to make all the right decisions. It is part of your parental responsibility to guide them towards a better living. Their happiness at the end will bring you the joy and satisfaction that comes with a job well done.

Buy a new house with bkr mortgage, 484272 euro in a week

August 4th, 2008

It is a transfer of an interest in land, from the owner to the mortgage lender, on the condition that this interest will be returned to the owner of the real estate when the terms of the mortgage have been satisfied or performed.

Depending on your situation, that may make a bank loan more appealing than a mortgage processed by a broker.

See mortgage loan for residential mortgage lending, and commercial mortgage for lending against commercial property. Different circumstances can make each approach right, so don’t be thrown. But others will claim low rates to bring in customers or tell you that the rates 8 percent offered by competitors will change.

Brokers work with many mortgage bankers and, as a result, can sometimes find slightly more competitive rates 9 percent perhaps lower but dealing directly with a mortgage banker can move a loan along more quickly. In other words, the mortgage is a security for the loan that the lender makes to the borrower. Start with credibility. It’s not easy to know if the prices quoted by lenders are reliable. Different lenders charge different fees. Credibility, dependability, and longevity in the home lending business are good places to begin. See which lenders are charging fees 6 percent and for how much. And of course, each loan and each borrower are different. Some will quote you precise, competitive rates 4 percent.

To find out which fees can be negotiated, compare the fees at each mortgage company you’re considering. Many of these fees are fixed but some can be negotiated.

In most jurisdictions mortgages are strongly associated with loans 4 percent secured on real estate rather than other property and in some cases only land may be mortgaged. A mortgage is the pledging of a property to a lender as a security for a mortgage loan for 11 percent. While a mortgage in itself is not a debt, it is evidence of a debt of 3 percent. Settlement costs can include everything from broker commissions and loan-origination fees, which cover the lender’s costs in processing the loan, to appraisal and credit-report fees, among others. Although most mortgage experts say that rates 10 percent are pretty much the same wherever you go, give or take this tiny 3 percentage. So how do you find a lender or broker you can trust’ Arranging a mortgage is seen as the standard method by which individuals and businesses can purchase residential and commercial real estate without the need to pay the full value immediately. Both banks and brokers have their strengths and weaknesses.
